All of this new development brings a handful of new subdivisions to each Village where you can find new build homes, townhomes and condos.

Redpoint Square Village

Redpoint Square is Summerlin’s newest Village. Rising at elevation above the city and not far from Red Rock Canyon, the new neighborhoods in Redpoint Square offer an exciting next chapter in Summerlin’s storied history. There are future plans here for an Urban Core area that will complement Downtown Summerlin®.

New Home Communities in Summerlin - Ascent at Redpoint Square


If you’re looking for new build townhomes in Summerlin, try Ascent by KB Home. This collection of 137 attached townhouses feature six floorplans ranging from 1,448 to 1,860 square feet in size offering 3-4 bedrooms and 2-car garage. The townhouses are expected to be priced starting from the high $300,000s.


Cascades in Summerlin by Taylor Morrison is a gated new home subdivision that will offer homes across six floorplans, including 2- and 3-story options. There’s roughly 53 homesites in this intimate enclave that will boast homes ranging from approximately 1,649 to 2,242 square feet in size priced starting around $500,000, give or take.

New Home Communities in Summerlin - Moro Rock at Redpoint Square

Moro Rock

Another new townhouse community in Summerlin is Moro Rock by Richmond American Homes. These are two-story townhomes with around 1,500 square feet of living space. The subdivision offers two models across approximately 86 homesites.

Cordillera by Toll Brothers is a new luxury townhouse subdivision in Summerlin that boasts large 3-story living spaces, 2-car garage and optional rooftop decks. The new townhomes in Cordillera may range from approximately 1,803 to 2,154 square feet in size and it’s expected there will be 136 homesites in the neighborhood.

Highline I

One of the newest condo communities coming to Summerlin is Highline I by Lennar. These new condominiums are expected to offer 3 collections with square footage ranging from 1,760 to 1,956 sq. ft. and 3-4-bedroom floorplans. Typical of a Lennar build, these will feature Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program, which offers upgrades like gourmet kitchens and smart home technology. Expected community amenities include a pool, playground and gated entry. Currently an interest list is forming. 

Highline II

Highline II by Lennar is planned to offer slightly smaller condos, with collections and floorplans from 1,448 – 1,786 square feet and 2-3 bedrooms. These new Summerlin condos will be built across 105 home sites and planned amenities include pool, playground and gated entry. Currently an interest list is forming. 

Moro Pointe

Another new home subdivision coming to Redpoint Square in Summerlin is Moro Pointe by Richmond American Homes. Similar to Moro Rock, these are expected to be two-story townhomes with impressive 9-foot ceilings and 3-bedroom floorplans. Redpoint Village

Redpoint is another one of the newest Summerlin Villages built in Summerlin West. Overlooking the expanse of desert, Red Rock Canyon and the city of Las Vegas, living in Redpoint Village means proximity to amenities, entertainment and outdoor activities.

Acadia Ridge

An impressive gated neighborhood with new homes in Summerlin is Acadia Ridge by Toll Brothers. There are 1- and 2-story floorplans to choose from that range in size from approximately 2,002 to 2,824 square feet and offer 3-5 bedrooms across 151 homesites. These new luxury homes boast tasteful architecture, Toll Brother’s upgrades and a private community pool.

Carmel Cliff

Carmel Cliff by Pulte Homes is offering new luxury homes for sale in Summerlin starting in the $900s and some that exceed $1 million. Plans call for 1- and 2-story models and 4- to 5-bedroom floor plans with 2,851 – 4,573 square feet of living space. It’s a gated community located near all the fun and amenities of Summerlin yet tucked away for privacy. 

Kings Canyon

Coming soon to Summerlin will be Kings Canyon by Tri Pointe Homes. It’s expected that these new homes will be priced from the $700s and offer approximately 2,379 – 3,893 square feet of living space, 3-6 bedrooms, 2.5 – 5.5 bathrooms and 2-4 car garage. There are 1- and 2-story floorplans and optional multi-gen living. Get in on the action early by registering for the interest list. 


Another one of the elevated new home gated communities in Summerlin is Overlook by Tri Pointe Homes. These luxury single-story new build homes will be priced from the $900s and may feature breathtaking mountain and city views. Crystal Canyon
