The vintage Las Vegas community of Rancho Circle began development in the 1940s when RJ “Bob” Kaltenborn and Bob Griffin put together $2,000 and purchased the land. This trend continued through the 1980s and President Ronald Reagan even held a fundraising party in Rancho Circle.
